The Sellar family now added to Nathanville. The Sellar’s having a tenuous linked to the Uley Baglin’s via a Russ line from London and Essex e.g. the marriage of Alfred Russ (1826-1872) to Mary Ann Sellar born 1830; a great grandnephew of Alfred Russ (Alan George Davey) subsequently married Sheila Lilian Gladys Baglin. This Russ line is not directly linked to the Bitton (Somerset), Bristol Russ family. However, research suggests Russ families in Britain originated from Cornwall around the time of the Norman invasion in 1066.
